ABOUT THE PROGRAM OFFICE MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Office Management and Executive Assistance Program; all public institutions and organizations and private sector executive assistant to the management of the business area aims to train. Where there is industrial and commercial development, both public and private enterprises increased knowledge and skills to organize the managers` office work in an environment where people are planning to train to adapt to changing and evolving business conditions. A training program covering the four -semester program is designed to meet the needs of increasingly educated labor in the form of clerks. Vocational training is in the context of the education process. An associate`s degree is granted to students who graduated at the end of the program.

 

THE GOAL OF THE OFFİCE OF MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTİVE ASSİSTANT DEGREE PROGRAM

EDUCATION PROCESS AND CONTENT

Vocational training process of students is during training two years: Turkish Language, Atatürk`s principles and History of Revolution, Foreign Language, Computer, General Business, Business Mathematics, Secretary Information , Keyboard Techniques, Basic Concepts of Law Protocol Knowledge, General Economics, General Communication, Management and organizations, Organizational Behavior, Filing Technical, Vocational Clerical, Office Management, General Ledger, Effective Speaking, Office of Technology Utilization, Executive Secretary, Public Relations, Public-Private Sector Structure and Relations, Crisis and Stress Management, Business and Social Security Law, Principles of Marketing, Total Quality Management, Case Analysis, Work Psychology, take courses like Entrepreneurship.

The program will be implemented with a 3+1 application and includes three terms of formal education for professional development and one term of workplace professional practice.
